Albania's music is contently changing. New stands of music genres are appearing including rock and indie, rap becoming more common. Albania's folk/traditional type of music is as popular and mainstream as ever. Many new artists often sing traditional songs as well as pop, modern mainstream etc. Althoguh Kosovo and Albania have their differences, as Albanian(Shqip) is spoken in both countries often they share the same music and most pop stars are famous in both countries.
